I've been meaning to drop you a note for some time..... finally got round to doing it.....sorry for delay!

I thought it appropriate to reinforce my thanks to the team for a job well done. The lads were always helpful and courteous (a pleasant change from the previous company that we used) and left the site tidy. The finished installation certainly met our expectations. Thanks also to you for the "co-ordination" work - hope the enclosed is useful.
