We would like to congratulate you and your staff on excellent service. Last week we had a replacement double glazed unit fitted by David Cooper.

We found him very efficient, keeping us informed when the unit was in stock, and when he could fit. Even better he came at the time he said he would, first to meause and then fit the unit. He was very pleasant and polite.

Also the man in the Cromer showroom was helpful when we first enquired about the job.
