From the initial contact with Dave to discuss requirements, and Richard when surveying through to the fitting by Gary, Lee and the third gentleman whose name I was not familiar with., all services were carried out to a high standard and, indeed professional manner which are certainly a credit to Horsford Windows. Unfotunatly, not all companies these days employ such a high calibre of staff particularly when they have to deal with the public daily.
