Dear Sir
I am writing to you at this time because it's the first real opportunity I have had to reflect on the year nearly past, we, all of us, continue to work and hopefully fulfill some of our hopes and wishes, I like yourselves need to work to achieve the same.
On a personal level I have achieved all I had hoped for. (With the exception of winning the lottery!)
On a business level this is also true, I rely on a lot of tradesman to help me to achieve the level of satisfaction that I expect and in turn this is passed on to my clients, thus achieving one of my personal ambitions not to be 'just another builder'.
This brings me to the point of this letter, seldom nowadys is it possible to find a company or a group of tradesman which are commited to the customer. Over the months and years since I have been using your products and had your fitters on site I have never been dissapointed you have always achieved what I expect from myself.
The first point of contact is usually the most important to customers, he represents the company. In Dave Mungham you have the ideal person, he does everything he can to achieve my requirements and costs this he does with style and integrity. This must also be said of Gary, your suveyor, nothing too much trouble.
I did not want to let this year go by without telling you how much I appreciate what you and your staff have done for me. Thank you.
